Altenew - Beautiful Day

Hi Everyone

I'm loving the Altenew stamp range and it wasn't going to be long before the Copics came out to play.

This stamp set is Altenew's Beautiful Day and is one of my favourites.

I started with a Bazzill Jacaranda card base and stamped some of the flowers along the bottom.  I added a trim of Saltino (orange) and then the Lily White card.

The words stamped at the top of the card are from Darkroom Door's Garden Greetings (DDRS016) stamp set.

I stamped the flowers and leaves on Colour LaserJet Paper (200gsm) with a Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad and coloured them with Copic Markers YR02, YR61, YR68, Y35 (for the tips of the petals), R05, G29, YG09, YG23, B02, B05 and B28.

If you haven't used Altenew stamps before, please stop by our stand at the Scrapbook and Papercraft Expo in Brisbane from the 10th to 12th June.  We're also hosting a 1hour class for some hands-on fun using this great range of stamps at the show.
