Calendar Project - December 2014

Hi Everyone

Here's our last calendar project for the year and it's Cheryl's last page.

Cheryl started with a base of Bazzill Ivy and then layered Juneberry on top with watercolour paper.

Cheryl then stamped the Stampers Anonymous - Christmas Blueprints #2 and Mini Blueprints #5 on watercolour paper and coloured them with Distress Markers Festive Berries, Peeled Paint and Wild Honey.

Happy Stamping (and it's time to start your Advent Calendars).

Calendar Project - November 2014

Hi Everyone

Here is Cheryl's second calendar page for this year - November 2014.

Starting with a base of Beetle Black, Cheryl layered with Stardream Gold, Lily White and more Beetle Black.

Cheryl created the flower layers by blending Distress Ink Pads - Ripe Persimmon and Wild Honey over white card  and then stamped Stampers Anonymous Papillion (CMS106) stamp set using Versamark and dusting Perfect Pearls Sunflower over the top.

Cheryl then stamped the flowers (Hero Arts Wildflower Garden - CG170) with an Archival Jet Black ink pad.

Calendar Project - October 2014

Hi Everyone

Here is Cheryl's first calendar project for this year, a lovely cupcake creation.

Here Cheryl has started with a Bazzill Leapfrog base and followed with a Pansy (her favourite) and then watercolour paper.

Cheryl has used Magnolia's Kitchen Tilda and Love Muffin and then Mini Magnolia Love Muffin and stamped them on watercolour paper.

Cheryl coloured the images with Distress Markers Dusty Concord, Ripe Persimmon, Mustard Seed and Peeled Paint.  The icing on the cake has been glittered with Kindy Glitz.

Calendar Project - September 2013

Hi Everyone

It's Cheryl's last page of our 2013 Calendar project (my set start in October).

Here's Cheryl's 'Spring' page using a now retired PSX Sunflower scattered around the outside of the calendar.

Mounting this page is on Bazzill Ivy, Sunshine and Aloe Vera card.

Calender Project - August 2013

Hi Everyone

Our Calender Project continues this month with the second of Chery's pages - August.

Cheryl used the wonderful Hero Arts Garden Bouquet stamp set to create this amazing page.

With a base of black card, Cheryl added a layer of white card and stamped the French words from the Stampers Anonymous Papillion (CMS106) stamp set using Versamark and dusted it with Perfect Pearls Sunflower powder.

The coloured cards are coloured with Distress Ink Pads - Wild Honey and Spiced Marmalade.  Cheryl then stamped the French words with Versamark and dusted it with Perfect Pearls Sunflower powder.  Cheryl then stamped the Garden Bouquet on the 3 pieces of card using an Archival Jet Black ink pad.

A wonderful addition to our Calender Project.

Calender Project

Hi Everyone

Our Calender Project continues this month with Cheryl's July page.

Using the Darkroom Door Seashells Stamp Set (DDRS055) and a mix of brown ink pads, Cheryl stamped the seashells out, cut them out and created this mix.

Layered on pearlescent card and dark brown card, this is a lovely card which could be made into a card.

Garden Inchies

Hi Everyone

Cheryl created this great card using the Darkroom Door Garden Inchies and String Sentiments.

Cheryl coloured the images with Copic pens V17, BV02, G24 and Y11.

Knowing Cheryl, the card is Bazzill Pansy (Cheryl's favourite card) and layered with Bazzill Leapfrog and Aloe Vera and trimmed with purple ribbon.

This card design is a fantastic design as you can use it for any theme especially as the Garden Inchies are not specific to a theme and the String Sentiments have a number of options.

Have a great weekend

...Wishes

Hi Everyone

Cheryl has been playing around with the Penny Black unmounted stamp set '...Wishes' and making some great mini cards.

Start by stamping on the inside of your card and colour.

Place a circle Nestabilities over the image, with masking tape sticky side up and close the card.  When you open it again, the Nestabilities will be attached to the front of the card.  Run through a Cuttlebug or Big Shot and the circle will be cut for the front of the card.

Decorate the outside of the card with card and ribbon.  Compliment the circle on the front of the card by cutting out a My Favorite Things - Mini Doily Circle from co-ordinating card.

Thanks Cheryl for sharing.
