It’s that magical time of year again when we start bringing out the Christmas sparkle!  Our October Christmas Card Classes are just around the corner, and we can’t wait to share this year’s festive projects with you.

This month, we’ll be featuring a beautiful mix of designs created with some of our favourite brands - Penny Black, Spellbinders and Waffle Flower, plus inks from Catherine Pooler, Distress Oxides and various sprays.

Each project is designed to inspire your Christmas crafting and help you get a head start on your cards.  Whether you’re looking for traditional, elegant, or fun and modern styles, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

MC&S Classes - April 2025

 Hey Crafty Friends

After a rather dramatic March with Cyclone Alfred, whatever it was that high the following night and more rain than we can remember, here's to a less weather-driven April - oops, here we are in another week of rain.

All this rain has meant that we have been busy preparing classes, demos, kits and more.  We have a very busy couple of months coming up, so being stuck indoors while the weather has been wild has been put to good use.

We are set to start the April classes on Friday (4th April) and here is a sneak peak - 

This month we feature projects using Altenew, Honey Bee, Pink Fresh Studio and Spellbinders.  There's lots of colour, layers and some construction in this month's class, so we'll have those creative juices flowing in no time.

Due to Easter this month, we are shuffling some of the dates, so please double check when you're class is:

MCS Card Kits - Mintay - Merry Little Christmas

Looking for some last minute card kits - check out our new release of Mintay Merry Little Christmas kits.

There are 3 kits to chose from, each featuring 5 cards with envelopes and colour instructions, ready to make at home.  

You will need glue, mounting tape, scissors and a green or red ink to edge around the cards, other than that, just some time to make them.

YAY!!! Christmas Cards have arrived.  We wait all year for this month, just so we can start off our 2 months of Christmas Classes.

This month will keep you busy with lots of die cutting and stencilling, so warm up those shoulders and elbows.

MC&S March Classes

 Hey Crafty Friends

Hope you had a great weekend and was able to carve out some crafting time too.

Our March classes are ready to kick off, but as many of you know, Robyn had a shoulder replacement in February and whilst she hoped to be able to hold classes this month, it just isn't possible.

We have shuffled the classes as best we can and will now hold them on:

• Saturday 23rd

Robyn is back to the doctor this week for an update and more exercises, so will hopefully be back up and running for the April classes.

Those Gnomes are my favourite and I have just ordered extra stock from Art Impressions as I know they will be yours too.  The flowers from Pink Fresh Studios are beautiful and I love Sunflowers, so no surprise to see them there.

New Card Kits - Mintay Lavender Farms

 Hey Crafty Friends

Hoping you have all had a great Christmas and New Year and also getting some crafting time in the mix.

We have been busy preparing for 2024 making new card kits, preparing for classes, camps and a show later this year.

Our first card kit release is Mintay Lavender Farm cards.  The release isn't a new one, but wanted to make sure we had the right card and paper combination and also time to organise the kits.

There are 3 Lavender Farm kits to chose from, each featuring 5 cards each.  The kits include papers, chipboard, cardboard and colour instructions.  You'll need scissors, distressing tool and a purple ink pad such as Wilted Violet Distress Ink Pad.

These kits are ready instore or online, hope you enjoy making them.

Winter is behind us and goodness hasn't Spring started with bright sunny and hot days, a sign of a very hot Summer coming our way.

We had a very busy August with lots of classes and of course, our favourite reason to visit Melbourne - Paperific.  Thanks to everyone who visited the show, your support shows that the paper-crafting industry is continuing to grow.
