Holiday Update

Hi Everyone

I'm not the best (at all) at posting while I'm on holidays, I think it has something to do with me being on a PC all day at work and then trying to avoid my laptop while on holidays.

Our holiday is going very well, we started in Memphis (yes, we went to Graceland) then onto New York for a week and walked our feet off but loved it and are now based in Orlando at Walt Disney World's Port Orleans - French Quarter hotel which is fantastic.  We have spent 2 days at Magic Kingdom (yes, we said Hi to Mickey for you Bev), a day at Animal Kingdom, a day at Universal Studios (we're Harry Potter fans) and a day at NASA.

Today was our craft shopping day which we were really looking forward to.  We were going to go south, however with the damage from Irma, we decided to stay around the Orlando area and my first opportunity to drive on the wrong side of the road, in the wrong seat - argggghhhh!!!

Our first stop was at My Favorite Things in Magnolia Avenue, Eustis around an hour from WDW.  MFT was lovely and a Copic class was underway while we were there.  We had a shop for stamps and dies and left with a rather heavy bag (sorry Dad).

We then saw a gift store across the road called Peddlers Wagon which was stunning.  We've never seen displays like this before and felt awful buying things as it was messing with the display - but let's just say that didn't stop us (sorry Dad).

Next we headed off to JoAnns in Orlando - wow, what a craft store.  Visiting in September is great as there is a mix of Autumn, Halloween and Christmas decorations.

There were so much to see and we spent over 2 hours there and may or may not have purchased some things (sorry Dad).

We then walked from JoAnn's to Hobby Lobby - yep, 2 large stores 5 minutes apart and another 2 hours later we left - oh my (sorry Dad).

Our last stop was to Michaels, which thankfully was a smaller store (although we now know where a larger store is) and only spent around an hour there.  I think we were a little purchased out, so no need to apologise to Dad as we didn't have to break $20.
We asked where to have dinner and the Olive Garden was recommended to us - it was soooo good we think it's our new favourite restaurant - yum!!!

Hoping you are all well.
Happy Stamping
Michelle & Robyn
