Time to start the Christmas Cards

Hi Everyone

For the early starters, they probably already have their Christmas cards made, but to others like us, it's time to start looking around.

I've been playing with the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Blueprint Christmas stamps and have made a couple to share.

This card was created using a  base of Bazzill Ivy, Stardream Antique Gold and then Bazzill Pomegranate.

I stamped the Ornament from CMS168 Christmas Blueprint 2 on Watercolour card and stamped the Darkroom Door French Script stamp in the background with Forest Moss to create some texture.

Around the outside of the ornament, I coloured some Wild Honey Distress Marker and blended out with some water.  On the base of the Ornament, I coloured some Gathered Twigs and blended out again.

For the Ornament, I coloured the shadows with Forest Moss and Aged Mahogany and blended out to Peeled Paint and Festive Berries, adding accents of Wild Honey.

Trimming to fit on the layers of the card and blend a little Aged Mahogany around the edges.

The word 'Christmas' is from My Favorite Things Dienamics Christmas Greeting set which was cut from Lily White and has a little Ink Gold blended over the lower part of the word.

Like to see lots more ideas - drop by and see us at the Craft Fair at the Brisbane Convention Centre, starting 7th October.  We'll be at stand D15 and look forward to seeing you there.

Happy Stamping
Michelle
